My name is Laura, and I love to cook. Even more than that, I love to entertain. Nothing makes me happier than filling a room with my family and friends, stuffing them full of fabulous food and drinks, and showing them a great time. At the end of the day, it makes me happy to make others happy.

Cocktail Cutie is a blog completely devoted to cooking and entertaining - on a busy schedule. The entries you'll read will feature great recipes for weeknight dinners, delicious appetizers, refreshing cocktails and menu planning tips and ideas. The best part? All of the recipes and ideas I post will be EASY.

As a mom to two beautiful baby girls, I understand the value of time. I'm hoping that the entries you find here will inspire you and assist you with making the best of the moments you have with your loved ones. I will never provide you with a recipe I haven't previously made on my own, an appetizer I haven't eaten or a cocktail I've never tasted; that's my promise to you.
